I reserved the upstairs club room for my wedding reception. Working with SBDC has been great!They always answered every email and phone call and will always accommodate you when you want to swing by to check out the place.

The halls are very spacious and well lit. They are lenient with their alcohol policy, so go ahead and hire any bartender and food service you want. Many of the places I originally inquired about had strict policies on these things and only had certain food vendors I could use. This is one of the main reasons I chose this place as my reception site, flexibility and the opportunity for me to hire vendors of my choice. Their packages come with tables and chairs, linens for your tables and also a security guard for the night of your event all for a very good price!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Hall pricing will vary according to the hall selected, the date and the number of people in attendance.  Aside from the rental fee, a security and cleaning fee will be assessed. Please speak to management for more information.

The only events we cater are family-related: wedding receptions, retirement parties, quinceneras, sweet 16’s, baptisms, etc.  For the safety and courtesy for our neighbors, we refrain from holding any club-related events.

Yes, you can!  Just make sure there’s a bartender or responsible adult tending to the adult beverages, as our security will remove all underage drinkers from our establishment.

Your guests are free to park mostly anywhere.  Please take note of any postings, however, and confirm with Security that you parked in an appropriate area. There is plenty of street parking available if space becomes limited.

Hall rentals are rented on a first come, first serve basis.  A non-refundable deposit will guarantee your reservation for the specified date.  The renter can choose to pay the entire amount upfront or in installments, but must pay 50% up to 90 days before the event, and the entire balance by no more than 30 days prior to the event.  Cancellation must be made 90 days prior to the event, and there will be a $500 penalty. Client will be charged a $25 overdraft fee if a submitted check fails to clear.

We give special deals to repeat customers, and price our halls by season (as summer months are higher in demand).
